Specifies the interface name.  This is equivalent to specifying the
interface name on the command line, except that it is unambiguous when
the interface name begins, or may begin, with a dash.  (Interface names
do not normally begin with dashes.)

Specifies the system's PPP name.  This is equivalent to specifying the
PPP name on the command line, except that it is unambiguous when the
name begins, or may begin, with a dash.

Enables PPPoE debugging at level
