Provide files as well as symlinks, for information formerly presented as links.

This is so that, eg, someone seeing the HTTP view of the filesystem can
see commit IDs, which are otherwise invisible (symlinks get treated
like their link-to objects by bozohttpd, leaving no way for an HTTP
client to get commit IDs short of scanning through a commit/
directory).
