Change synthetic directory and file modes.

This is for convenience of people fetching things: fetching these
things will sometimes copy the mode bits, and 755/644 are more
convenient than 555/444.  The filesystem is all read-only anyway, so it
makes no practical difference when accessing the gitfs view directly.
