Add an automatic check for HAVE_SENSIBLE_ABSOLUTE_SIZE_FUNCTION by
using PANGO_CHECK_VERSION. (Irritatingly, the latter is not
available in all versions of Pango, so we have to be cautious about
using it at all. *sigh*)
