Started a consolidation of a per-client data into a single structure for the
true multi-client support and better compatibility with DPMI 1.0.
This patch consolidates a DPMIclient_is_32 and dpmi_stack_frame, adding other
units is in to-do.
This patch allows building a FreeDOS kernel under a 16-bit BC-3.1 environment,
while using a 32-bit nasm.
