This directory is a name-&-shame for network bad actors that have
earned themselves the dubious honour of a place in my
manually-maintained border blacklist.

There are two files here (besides this README): IPv4 and IPv6.  They
are updated daily, though the list changes far less often than that.
(There may be other files here, transiently during updates and left
around only if something goes wrong with the update.)
