This directory contains a very late draft of C99.  The actual standard
is pay-to-play and thus useless for open-source work; I can only infer
that they want to hamper open-source implementations.  But I'm told
this draft is close enough to be useful for most purposes.

I was given the PDF.  The .txt was generated from the .pdf with
pdftotext.
