This is a slightly modified version of NetBSD's stock less(1) as of whatever version I stole it from (I no longer recall). I have it because I want consistency in my tools and I've gotten fed up with struggling with various vendor versions of less. It also has a few things I've added. As far as I can recall, what I've added: -R is "treat CRLF as a line break, not as CR plus a line break". I not only have no use for the recent stock less behaviour of -R; I actively anti-want it. -H is "when running on (what less thinks is) a dumb terminal, shut up about it instead of printing a message and requiring user action to show the text". /~\ The ASCII Mouse \ / Ribbon Campaign X Against HTML mouse@rodents-montreal.org / \ Email! 7D C8 61 52 5D E7 2D 39 4E F1 31 3E E8 B3 27 4B
