Keep the only version that (a) builds and (b) uses libpcap.

04b557e has some interesting extensions to the language, but throws
lots of errors on compile, some really blatant.

db34758 builds fine, but doesn't use libpcap and doesn't even have a
block header comment (thus, old).

1bbac6e is the version I'm keeping.

38525e8 errors during compile, though not as many or as severe as
04b557e.

bfb0966 builds fine, but doesn't use libpcap.  It does have a block
file-header comment, but it lacks a little text 1bbac6e has and a few
operators as well (^^ & | ^ ~).
